LICENSED THERAPIST Full-time in Eatontown NJ.

Program Information:

RHD Ocean County RIST is a residential intensive support team that provides the services needed to maintain independent living with community integration for individuals experiencing homelessness, chemical dependence and/or mental illness. Issues such as chemical dependence, mental health, homelessness, family reunification, and education/vocational needs may be addressed. RHD Ocean County RIST fosters a nurturing atmosphere of trust, support, independence, and safety. It is a program that facilitates growth by building trust between the staff and the consumers. Staff will be available around the clock to provide consumers with individual support and attention. The goal is to support and encourage the development of life skills required to sustain successful living in the community.

As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, assessment and therapeutic intervention to address the psychological, emotional and social needs to the youth, families and staff at Hope Homes. Duties include formulating evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting individual, group, and family therapy and providing case management functions.

Leads the in-house Multidisciplinary Treatment Team (MDT).
Works in tandem with the youth, family/ guardian as well as all other members of the MDT providing non-clinical input in the development of individual services plans, treatment plans and joint care reviews.
Participates in treatment conferences, individual educational plan, child family team, emergency review meeting etc.
Participants in, in-house MDT, House Rounds, Clinical Rounds and Case Managers.
Assessments and Diagnosis.
Manages and Directs Clinical Crisis - ALERT STAUS - Safety Planning.
Provides sound clinical treatment to youth and families.
Completes all clinical documentation - treatment plans ISP, JCR and SN.
Maintains the clinical record.
Maintains Quality Service-Quality, Compliance and Training, COA.
Complies with all Medicaid, licensing and insurance regulations.
Provides psychoeducation, support and guidance to all members of the youth’s treatment team
Provides clinical support to Case Managers.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in related field Required.
Current NJ State licensure to practice; social work in the State of New Jersey as a licensed social worker (LSW); Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC); Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or a licensed psychologist.
Experience required at least 1 years of full-time clinical work experience.

Training and other requirements:

Experience with Children preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior Experience working as a Therapist in outpatient IIC and or Residential Setting.
Experience in working closely with a clinical team/ MDT.

Bonus: $1500 sign on bonus is offered with this role payable in accordance with Resources for Human Development's standard payroll practices, and subject to any deductions permitted under law. The bonus is paid as follows: half after successful completion of employment/training at 90 days and half after successful completion of employment/training at 180 days.
